HEMBE, TERHIDE THEOPHILUS--CHAIRMAN

Mr. Hembe, Terhide is a Certified Systems Information Auditor (CISA). He is also a graduate of Benue State University, majoring in Accountancy with a second class upper division.

Mr. Hembe, Terhide has over 10 year work experience in the banking industry and has worked in various capacities across Operations, Audit and electronic banking.

Amongst several other notable achievements, he developed and deployed Fidelity QuickPay, a robust money transfer service in Fidelity Bank where he last worked as the Head, Money Transfer Products.

Mr. Hembe, Terhide, a businessman per excellence, having a chain of registered and functional businesses to his credit, loves travelling, music and meeting people. He is happily married with children.

ODUWOLE, OLADELE OLUSOLA—MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Oduwole Oladele holds a Masters degree in Business Administration, to complement his second class upper division degree in Economics. A student of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Mr. Oduwole Oladele is also a holder of the Nigerian Certificate of Education (Mathematics/Economics) Certificate.

Mr. Oduwole Oladele was a Branch/Business Development Manager with Skye Bank PLC between 2007 and 2010, a relationship and profit centre manager with Intercontinental Bank PLC between 2005 and 2007, specialising in credit appraisal and credit risk management. He was also a business developer with Gateway Bank PLC between 2002 and 2005 after a four-years sojourn with United Bank for Africa Plc. as a front desk officer in all key branch departments. 

ACHABO, KENNETH AONDOHEMBAFAN—COMPANY SECRETARY

Barrister. Achabo, Kenneth is a Barrister at Law (B. L), a legal practitioner with an LL.B degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also holds a Diploma in Computer Application and Utilisation.

He served at the Bayelsa State Judiciary between 2001 and 2002, Collins Boleigha & Associates Yenegoa, Tarhule Iaran & co Makurdi, Ray Nnah & Co Maitama Abuja, Mela Audu Nunghe & Co Garki and Tsumba & Tsumba Wuse, Abujaall between 2002 and 2005.

Barrister. Achabo, Kenneth was with the Abuja Environmental Protection Board, Abuja as a Legal Officer, Senior Legal Officer and Head, Compliance between 2005 and 2009 during which he served on several committee in different capacities.

Barrister. Achabo, Kenneth is a Senior Partner in K.A Achabo & Associates of the Gudu District, Abuja. The firm was established in 2009. A member of the Nigerian Bar Association, he is happily married with kids.

OKPE, MATHEW PIUS

Mr. Okpe, Mathew is a Bachelors of Science degree holder (BSc. Hons.) in Accounting from the Benue State University, Makurdi. He also holds a certificate in Computer Literacy.

He is a Senior Accountant at the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria, Badgry, Lagos, after rising through the cadres from the level of an Accountant II in 2003. He was also an administrative staff with the National Electric Power Authority, NEPA between 2001 and 2002.
